“Shani made a beautiful wedding cake for us for our wedding at Matara this March. We didn't want a heavily iced or embellished cake, preferring to keep it simple, so a semi-naked cake seemed like a good option. We went for 2 tiers, one victoria sponge and one coconut and lime, they were moist, light and delicious. To top the cake off Shani made some colourful sugar crystals (which fitted in with our theme for the day) and even wrote some beautiful words around the base of the cake especially for us.”
